ever wonder where this gigantic sculpture lay around? worry no more because we will do the introduction for you. This sculpture is from People's Park- a public park in Davao City. it is a four hectares park which was formerly known as the PTA ground. Do you even know that the creation of this park was worth a dime, it's 72M to be exact. it showcase mini forest, open plaza, ponds and waterfalls and who doesn't know a durian home.
The gigantic sculptures around People's Park and the fantasy themed park was created by the Mindanao artist Kublai Millan representing indigenous groups from southern Mindanao. he was famous for creating a one of a kind piece of art including these:
People's park is free and open to the public so why wait! come and visit it now! also People’s Park is situated in the heart of the downtown area and is just in front of Casa Leticia and at the back of Apo View Hotel. The streets alongside it are Jose Camus and J. Palma Gil.
